On 1 April 2025, The Harbour School’s Black Dolphin Climbing Team made an impressive mark at the International School Sports Federation Hong Kong (ISSFHK) Climbing Championships, competing against 207 athletes in a highly competitive season finale.
The THS High School team emerged as the U20 Male ISSFHK Champions, with strong performances from all climbers: Alex Siu, Cole Bertrand, Jack Smith, Jian Lee, Jino Lee, Keilah Metcalfe, and Nathan Cheung.
In individual rankings, Jian Lee placed 2nd and Jino Lee secured 3rd, further solidifying THS’s dominance in the competition.
In the U14 division, THS climbers also showcased their determination. Riley O’Malley, Ezana Prosper, Jack Pierson, Jonah Sun, and Keane Chan all finished in the top 20 of a challenging U14 Male category. Meanwhile, Taylor Kruse, the sole THS competitor in the U14 Female division, earned a top 10 finish against a strong field.
