The Harbour School Grade 8 student Nala Shah recently competed at the 2026 China Youth Sports Federation International Wrestling Open (Nanning) in Guangxi, China, where she delivered an outstanding performance in a highly competitive field.

Nala earned Bronze in the U15 62kg division and was also named Best Athlete among over 500 wrestlers participating in the event. Her team also achieved multiple medal finishes across the competition.

In addition to her success on the mat, Nala recently completed the Teal Coaching Certification Course alongside her sister, Nicole Shah, through a partnership with USA Wrestling and Wrestle Like A Girl. The program focuses on creating safe spaces for women in wrestling.
