S.E.A. Course Fee Withdrawal Refund and Transfer Policies (as of November 10, 2022)
1. After enrolling in a S.E.A. course, requests for refunds due to special reasons must be specified and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be made subject to THS management discretion.
2. S.E.A. course fee withdrawal refund will be handled by both a percentage basis and with administration fee applied.

3. Withdrawal requests for a course transfer must be received no later than 5 days prior to the commencement of the S.E.A. course and can only be entertained if space permits and the applicant meets course requirements.
4. Proper medical records, subject to THS approval, will be needed for any course refunds requested due to an illness. These documents must be received within 7 days of the day of absence. The refunds will only be eligible for coupons with a pro rata scale applied based on total days of participation (not eligible for cash refund).
5. S.E.A. courses cannot be transferred to another student and are not permitted.
